My account was banned somewhere near Nov or Dec 2008 and I have launched two appeals both advising that I haven't done or promoted and invalid clicking explained why they may have occurred due to my advertising and on both occasions I got the email above noted, they will not budge even after this long period of time and me promising to keep a closer eye in case of any suspicious activity incurs me notifying them.
Which means if anyone wants someone banned from ad-sense (ad-words) all they have to do is possibly clicking a lot on their adds to create the suspicious clicking activity or as they call invalid clinking and they too will get banned forever,,,how fair is this???
I done nothing wrong and still I am punished for someone else possibly over-clicking my ads. Fairer would have been a warning and remove all funds from inactive clicking and return it to advertisers and if it happened again to then maybe just maybe ban the account. But this banning without giving any explanation nor a second chance I feel is unfair and manipulative of Google, they have me as a blogger on their blogspot, I have a google mail account and much more they surely can see me as being a honest person from all my other activity yet they won't give me a chance to redeem my status with them.
This is definitely wrong WRONG

The punishment definitely doesn't fit the crime if there was a crime. In my case I have never got a penny from google-adds ever, as I never reached the required amount and the little I had mounted up twenty odd or thirty odd dollars where clawed back and given back to advertisers (or just kept by Google I dunno) and they just say I pose a great risk to advertisers, how can that be....especially based on the figures I just gave, which were accumulated over months even with their so called invalid clicking.
Very WRONG Please protest ...big companies like this always do what they want no questions asked.

Re: Facebook Connect: Why and how to use it on your website

Mr. Chewie,

Thanks for the article. It is really nice. But the problem is, I see the same kind of info in lots of places. Everybody talks about the cover, not much about the inside stuff.
You said in one of your past comments,
****From a developer stand point, Facebook have been very open and helpful about getting content onto the site and allowing people to create applications which can also generate revenue. ****
I am not sure that statement is right. Most of the code is available for PHP developers. I am not a PHP developer and I am struggling to find code and clear instructions how to use the API if I want to use JavaScript.

***** The developer wiki is very comprehensive and the forums are also extremely helpful. *****
No, the wiki is comprehensive but beating around the bush. It lets me to drill down through the links and finally I find myself back on the starting page. And forums are a big joke. For very serious and important questions there will not be answer at all. Who monitors the forums? Facebook has no responsibility to answer the questions of its users if noone else can answer it?

Re: Facebook Connect - Comments widget

whoopsie... ur facebook connect comment widget is throwing an invalid argument:(

Re: Custom Facebook URL’s to be launched on June 13th

i want fb Quickly

Re: Facebook world traffic visulisation

that is so cool! face book can take it like a champ

Re: Wordpress Image Upload HTTP Error

Hey there,
Well, the message I keep getting refers to some sort of 'data connection error'.
No idea what that is. It's not just Facebook, it's any other vendor ( Twitter, Google Friend Connect). I'm thinking that in future we shouldn't be locked in with FB,Twitter or any other vendor, but to create system where every user has full rights over their Internet profile and can choose what profile info to expose to others and over API.

Best Regards,

Niksa Jakovljevic
Software Engineer
Webcom Inc.

Re: Banging on about Bing

To me it looks like you need to do some work to optimize your website for Bing. You cant expect search enginse to work the same way. Aparently it is good they don't as some results in Google give you lots of rubbish purely because so many businesses have their websites optimised for Google and appear on top having nothing to do with my search.
